As part of its educational and social activities, the Citizenship and Values Education Club of Tafersit High School organized a humanitarian visit to the Elderly Care Center in Tafersit on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
The visit aimed to promote the values of solidarity and social cohesion. Club members interacted with the residents, offering them moments of joy and human warmth. Recreational and cultural activities were held, along with the presentation of small symbolic gifts, which had a positive impact on the elderly, who expressed their happiness with this thoughtful initiative.
It was also an opportunity for dialogue and listening — the students engaged in conversations with the residents, listened to their life stories, and shared moments of connection and mutual respect. The center’s supervisors expressed their gratitude for this kind gesture, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in supporting the elderly and bringing them happiness.
At the end of the visit, the club members expressed their joy at this enriching experience and reaffirmed their intention to continue organizing similar activities that instill the spirit of citizenship and human values among students.
