As part of its religious, social, scientific, and cultural activities, and in the spirit of openness to civil society institutions, the Local Council of Religious Scholars of Driouch Province — through its “Committee on Women’s and Family Affairs” — organized a visit to the Elderly Care and Shelter Center in the commune of Tafersit, on the morning of Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.
The visit was led by:
- Mrs. Fatiha Benamer, Member of the Council.
- Mrs. Khadouma Krouj, Coordinator of the Female Guides’ Activities.
- Mrs. Zineb Jemlaoui, Coordinator of the Female Guides’ Activities.
- Mrs. Jamila Saleh Eddine, Religious Guide.
The visiting delegation was warmly welcomed by the staff of the center. They were accompanied by the center’s director on a tour of its various facilities, which receive great care to ensure the comfort of the residents in a family-like atmosphere filled with warmth, psychological support, and dedicated attention from all staff and caregivers.
